You can check availability on VRBO or Airbnb calendars.  The property is listed as Heron House on Bath Creek.

Please note that we have a 3 night minimum stay.   Rates are subject to change depending on availability and demand.  No pets are allowed in the property.

Payment in full is due at time of booking confirmation.  A booking deposit of $200 is required.  There is a cleaning fee of $75 in addition to the rental fee. The deposit is fully refundable after checkout and inspection by our management team.

Cancellation policy – Please read carefully.  We have a strict cancellation policy.  If you cancel 30 days prior to first day of your reservation, we will refund 75% of your reservation payment.  If you cancel within 2 to 4 weeks, you will get 50% refunded.  If you cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation, there are no refunds.  However, we will attempt to fill your reservation.  If we are able to fill your reserved dates, you will get a full refund for the nights we are able to rent, regardless of when you cancel.
